Job Title: Global Corporate Legal Expert

Neksjob Corporation seeks an experienced and skilled Global Corporate Legal Expert to join our team. As a key member of the Entity Matters group, you will play a crucial role in providing expert legal guidance and support to ensure the company's compliance with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience working as in-house counsel or at a law firm. They should be fluent in English, with excellent oral and written communication skills, and have a good understanding of commercial agreements, legal principles, and compliance regulations.

Responsibilities include drafting and managing corporate documents, coordinating reviews and approvals, developing expertise in support areas, and liaising with internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will also supervise junior team members, provide coaching and feedback, and identify training needs for the team.

In addition to their technical skills and experience, the ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. They will also be able to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including legal and commercial teams, and effectively communicate with senior management.

Requirements:

  • CORporate law experience preferred
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience at law firm or as in-house counsel and/or in legal outsourcing
  • Fluent in English with strong oral and written communication skills
  • Good experience in generic/legal research and reporting, including due diligence
  • Good understanding of commercial agreements, legal and compliance principles
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Effectively manage priorities and stakeholder expectations

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
