Job Title: Fraud Prevention Specialist

The primary responsibility of this role is to safeguard the integrity of our client's e-commerce operations and maintain customer trust in their premium wellness brand.

This position involves serving as the guardian against fraudulent activities across multiple payment platforms while ensuring legitimate customers enjoy a seamless experience. The Fraud Analyst will be responsible for reviewing high-risk transactions, identifying suspicious patterns in customer behavior, monitoring multiple payment gateway activities, and implementing risk-mitigation protocols.

Responsibilities:
  • Review and assess high-risk transactions to prevent fraudulent activity.
  • Identify suspicious patterns in customer behavior to ensure the security of sensitive customer information.
  • Monitor multiple payment gateway activities to detect any anomalies that may indicate fraudulent activity.
  • Implement risk-mitigation protocols to minimize the impact of potential fraud.
  • Conduct confidential account reviews to identify and address any issues that may compromise customer trust.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer experience or similar roles.
  • Proven track record in fraud analysis or risk management.
  • Experience with e-commerce or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong analytical and pattern recognition skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and empathy skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously with sound judgment.
  • Experience with multiple payment gateway systems.
