Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation/documentation of internal audit policies, processes, measures, and standards, ensuring adherence thereto.
  • Participate in project development to strengthen internal control and ascertain regulatory compliance and data processing standards (IT Audit - internal projects).
  • Perform IT Network and Infrastructure Audit and other audit engagements assigned by the iTAG Head.
  • Assist in performing application reviews to ascertain security, compatibility, and effectiveness in current operations/processing.
  • Prepare audit reports (Initial list/final or consolidated lists and Detailed Report).
  • Assist in preparing Executive Summary Reports and other audit reports.
  • Draft qualification sheets/reports as part of the iTAG's participation in Project Management/SDLC for assigned IT/computerization projects across Asialink Group of Companies (AGC).
  • Assist in conducting comprehensive audits to identify vulnerabilities, gaps, and weaknesses in AGC IT security framework and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist in evaluating Asialink Group of Companies (AGC) IT compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure adherence and mitigate legal and regulatory risks.
  • Assist in helping the Organization ensure that information assets are adequately protected and practices are aligned with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Provide necessary assistance to ensure the effectiveness and compliance of an organization's information security measures.
  • Engage in IT Audit Group's efforts to help Organizations identify and address security gaps, maintain regulatory compliance, and safeguard against cyber threats, thereby promoting trust, confidence, and resilience in the digital landscape.
  • Perform such other duties assigned by the IT Audit Group Head.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a degree in BSIT, BSCS, BSIM, or equivalent or BS in Accountancy, and have strong knowledge of network infrastructure security setup/application systems development and controls. Additionally, the candidate should be proficient in both oral and written communication, able to express ideas clearly and concisely, and perform tasks with minimal supervision.
