Key Responsibilities
In this role as a Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and processing daily billings, researching and resolving billing, credit, and accounts receivable issues, reviewing and reconciling account balances in Accounts Receivable, interfacing with internal customer service and support organizations on customer inquiries, assessing current billing operations, offering recommendations for improvement, and assisting with implementing new processes. You will also collaborate with team members in AP and AR to assist with ad-hoc projects and miscellaneous tasks. To be successful in this role, you will need 3-5 years of billing experience, SaaS/Software/Technology experience, complex contract review skills, proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, a solid understanding of billing and financial concepts, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, the ability to work in stressful situations with firm deadlines, a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, and the capability to make timely, independent decisions. NetSuite and Salesforce.com experience are huge pluses.
