Job Summary:
We seek an experienced Payroll Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll processing, with expertise in PAYG, Payroll Tax, Superannuation, IRD, and Kiwi saver requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end payroll processing for Australia and New Zealand entities
- Resolve questions received through the ticketing tool and email
- Report to the Senior Manager, Payroll
- Deliver positive employee experiences
What You'll Do
A typical day will include preparation, reconciliation, filing/lodgment, and payment of various statutory requirements. You will also conduct audits of all payroll records, familiarize yourself with taxation laws, and resolve payroll discrepancies/queries by collecting and analyzing information.
Requirements:
- 3 years experience in AUS payroll
- Experience with payroll processing and wage attachment
- Knowledge of Kronos, Oracle HR, payroll, and general ledger systems
- Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills
- Great interpersonal skills in working with a diverse population
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
