Marketing Role Overview

We're looking for a skilled marketing professional to lead our catalogue creation and drive impactful initiatives. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing and delivering exceptional customer and team experiences.

This is a mid-senior level role within our marketing department, focusing on producing digital content at scale. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Owning catalogue delivery, ensuring each catalogue effectively showcases products and meets established overall catalogue plan guidelines.
  • Managing production timelines, coordinating all content inputs and deliveries to meet publishing deadlines.
  • Ensuring quality and compliance by guaranteeing all content meets established catalogue production guidelines and agreed-upon processes.
  • Driving collaboration with internal stakeholders (marketing, commercial, digital, legal) and external collaborators to secure necessary content, assets, and approvals.
  • Overseeing quality control by conducting thorough proofreading and quality checks for all catalogue elements, ensuring accuracy in product descriptions, pricing, and imagery.
  • Managing catalogue content within our Content Management System (Adobe Experience Manager).

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Experience in producing digital content at scale is beneficial.
  • A meticulous and fastidious eye for detail.
  • The capacity to perform effectively under pressure and seamlessly adjust to evolving priorities in a dynamic setting.
  • Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Experience in Figma, Workfront and Adobe Experience Manager (or similar applications) is a plus.
