Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Assistant to join our team at TRANSMODAL INTERNATIONAL, INC. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales department.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling and coordinating with customers on their requirements. This includes monitoring the status of bookings from pick-up to delivery, coordinating with clients' shipment details and status, and providing customers with booking acknowledgements and signed delivery receipts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure shipments of accounts being handled are billed accurately and on time;
• Attach required documents to billing and forward them immediately to the Finance Department for dispatch of invoices;
• Prepare and submit the Monthly Production Report (PR) to the Account Manager for approval prior to sending it to Management;
• Handle files related to the Sales Department;

Requirements:
• Excellent communication and organizational skills;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
