Job Overview

This role plays a critical part in ensuring the stability, reliability and performance of large-scale blockchain infrastructure. You will manage deployment and optimization of blockchain networks, troubleshoot complex Web3 issues and drive automation to enhance efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deploy, test and optimize blockchain networks for high reliability and performance
  • Troubleshoot complex Web3 issues including JSON-RPC debugging and blockchain log analysis in coordination with ecosystem partners
  • Develop monitoring and alerting solutions (Grafana, DataDog) to detect anomalies and performance bottlenecks
  • Define service-level objectives (SLOs) and agreements (SLAs) for reliable system operations
  • Implement automation solutions with Terraform, Ansible and Kubernetes to streamline deployments and optimize infrastructure
  • Collaborate with support, infrastructure and development teams for issue resolution and knowledge sharing
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of blockchain technology and its applications
  • Experience with deployment and optimization of blockchain networks
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills with complex Web3 issues
  • Proficiency in developing monitoring and alerting solutions
  • Ability to define service-level objectives and agreements
  • Experience with automation solutions using Terraform, Ansible and Kubernetes
