Impact Statement
You will play a pivotal role in leading critical initiatives across financial planning, business partnership, and process innovation to inform strategic decision-making and operational excellence.
Responsibilities- Develop and lead comprehensive financial reports for critical business areas.
- Oversee the monthly forecast and annual budget cycles to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Present complex monthly and quarterly results in clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Design and implement financial models, develop 'what-if' scenarios, and conduct risk analyses to inform key initiatives.
- Support long-term financial modeling efforts and scenario planning to inform strategic decisions.
- Coordinate the monthly financial close processes, including accruals, reclasses, variance analysis, and reporting.
- Apply a digital-first approach to automate and streamline recurring finance processes.
- Collaborate closely with Finance leadership to shape and support financial strategies.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Operations, HR, IT) to integrate financial insights into broader business strategies.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and create executive dashboards to support business performance reviews.
- Assist in preparing financial materials for senior leadership meetings.
- Provide data-driven insights to respond to ad-hoc requests.
- Drive continuous improvement by adopting AI tools, machine learning-enabled forecasts, and data visualization platforms.
- Promote a digital mindset within the Finance team—encouraging experimentation with emerging tools and technologies to elevate decision support.
- Serve as a thought leader for adopting new technologies to improve finance capability and agility.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior Finance and Business leaders, proactively challenging business assumptions and identifying opportunities for optimization.
- Take full ownership of key financial deliverables with minimal supervision, delivering insights that influence strategic decision-making.
- Present financial analysis and recommendations directly to senior leadership, helping shape critical business strategies.
- Champion the adoption of advanced financial tools, process automation, and data visualization to elevate analytics and reporting capabilities.
- Drive a high-performance culture through accountability, innovation, and operational excellence.
