Job Overview

We're looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a digital marketing professional, you will drive performance across paid campaigns, SEO, and data tracking. You will manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads, maintain tracking with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4), build insightful Looker Studio dashboards, and support organic growth using tools like SEMrush.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to achieve measurable results.
  • Maintain proper event tracking with GTM and GA4, including full ecommerce setups, to ensure seamless data collection.
  • Build and maintain cross-platform Looker Studio dashboards to provide actionable insights.
  • Perform SEO audits and keyword tracking using SEMrush or similar tools to improve organic visibility.
  • Monitor organic visibility and propose content/technical improvements to enhance online presence.
  • Run competitive analysis (paid + organic) and report actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with developers and designers to align strategy and implementation, ensuring a cohesive product experience.
Required Skills
  • Solid experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads (Business Manager).
  • Expert in Google Tag Manager (custom containers, ecommerce tracking).
  • Strong command of Google Analytics 4.
  • Proficient with Looker Studio.
  • Hands-on experience with SEMrush (or similar tools: Ahrefs, Moz, etc.).
  • Able to synthesize data into clear reports and recommendations.
  • Fluent in English; autonomous and reliable.
