About the Role

This project-based role will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring a smooth transition while enhancing system functionalities, data integrity, and user experience.

The successful candidate will work closely with HR, IT, system vendors, and key stakeholders to ensure the project is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive project plan, timeline, and milestones for the HRIS migration.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR, IT, Finance, and external vendors to ensure seamless coordination and alignment with business needs.
  • System Implementation & Integration: Oversee data migration, system configuration, testing, and integration with existing business applications.
  • Risk Management & Compliance: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruption during migration.
  • Training & Change Management: Develop training materials and facilitate user training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of Adrenaline Max.
  • User Support & Issue Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for system-related issues during the transition phase.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track progress, provide regular updates to leadership, and ensure adherence to project objectives.
  • Post-Implementation Support: Oversee system stabilization, resolve post-go-live issues, and document lessons learned for future system enhancements.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRIS project management, system migration, or HR technology implementation.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms (preferably Adrenaline 5.0/Adrenaline Max), HR processes, and data management principles.
  • Project Management Skills: Experience in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies is preferred.
  • Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships.
  • Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: Ability to troubleshoot technical and operational issues effectively.
  • Excellent Communication & Training Skills: Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users and lead training sessions.
  • Certifications: PMP, HRIP, or related HR technology certifications are a plus.
