Job Overview

The Software Engineering Associate Manager is a strategic leader who thrives in fast-paced environments. This role requires strong leadership experience and expertise in test strategy creation to guide testing efforts and drive continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using automation tools such as Tosca to enhance software quality and reliability.
  • Create comprehensive test strategies that ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements and identify areas for process improvements.
  • Mentor and lead junior testers, providing guidance on best practices and automation techniques.
  • Evaluate and recommend additional automation tools to optimize test automation processes.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in test automation, with a focus on Tosca.
  • Strong understanding of front-end and back-end testing methodologies, as well as API testing.
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and mentor team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
