  1. Customer Onboarding and Portfolio Management: Ensure that analysts review and analyze credit customers and proposed facilities in a timely manner.
  2. Credit Policies Compliance: Apply the latest S&P guidelines and overlays from parent bank in the onboarding process of customers and day-to-day transactions involving credit risk.
  3. Credit Programs Management: Manage and oversee credit programs which management may implement.

Monitoring and Reporting of Risk

  1. Monitor risk for the organization following the framework and reporting guidelines of the parent bank.
  2. Treasury Liquidity Risk Monitoring: Report treasury liquidity risk to the parent bank.
  3. Independent Review of Top 20 Credit Exposures: Conduct an independent review of Top 20 credit exposures of the Company.

Qualification Requirements

  • A degree in Accounting, Legal Management, Law, or any business or relevant course is preferred.
  • At least two (2) years' experience in the credit risk functions in the banking industry is required.
