Job Overview:
BHF Pawnsshop and Jewelry Store is seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining all accounting records, reviewing accounts payable transactions, and preparing financial reports.

About the Role:
We are offering a competitive salary of $60,000 per annum for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain all accounting records following generally accepted accounting procedures and practices.
  • Review and approve the processing of accounts payable transactions in the accounting system.
  • Prepare reports for BSP requirements annually.
  • Monitor inventory and cash in branch, including daily deposit review and bank account updates.
  • Prepare tax computations and returns.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, bank reconciliation, and cash flow report for General Manager.
  • Monitor payroll administration and maintain appropriate balances and fund transfers.
  • Resolve bank issues, including fee anomalies and check differences.
