Accounting Expert Wanted for US-Based Role
A leading global company is seeking an experienced accountant to handle their US books. The successful candidate will work closely with the team, learning our accounting systems and contributing directly to operational decisions.
Responsibilities include managing end-to-end books, issuing client invoices across U.S. entities, building cash flow forecasts, posting and reconciling intercompany invoices, reviewing payroll entries, validating vendor/client invoice details, generating job costing and gross profit reports, analyzing and reconciling AP/AR aging and vendor ledgers, closing month-end books and bank transactions, reviewing U.S. payroll and sales commission data, managing state sales & use tax filings, and preparing monthly financial reports and banking requirements.
The ideal candidate has 5-8 years of accounting experience, a degree in Accounting required, preferably CPA certified. Strong English communication skills are essential, along with attention to detail, self-direction, and accountability. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus.
