Highly skilled and experienced web developers are sought after to join our team. We need professionals who have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining web applications and systems using PHP and Python.

Responsibilities
  • Developing robust web applications and backend systems using PHP, Python, and relevant frameworks.
  • Designing and building high-performance web applications and backend systems that drive business processes.
  • Collaborating with the architecture team to define the structure and design of new systems and improvements to existing systems.
  • Developing and optimizing database structures, queries, and integrations with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or other RDBMS.
  • Creating and maintaining RESTful APIs and working with third-party APIs to integrate external services into our systems.
  • Ensuring applications and systems are scalable, secure, and efficient.
  • Writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to peers.
  • Ensuring all developed applications adhere to the latest security standards and best practices.
  • Participating in project planning, providing time estimates, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
  • Working closely with front-end developers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to deliver cohesive and user-friendly solutions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in PHP and Python development.
  • Proficiency in PHP (Laravel, Symfony) and Python (Django, Flask); strong experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar databases.
  • Experience with Git or similar version control systems.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript; knowledge of Linux/Unix server environments.
  • Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure) is a plus; familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, ability to manage multiple tasks, and attention to detail.
