Retail Operations Manager

We're rapidly expanding into the retail market and seeking an exceptional individual to support our growing team.

As a Retail Customer Operations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in building and scaling our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Execution and Management: Lead a team responsible for day-to-day execution and management of order-to-cash cycle - order entry, accuracy, and execution from order receipt through customer delivery all the way through invoicing and payment collection.
  • Customer Support: Provide customer support for pre-order activities, including systemic setup, writing customer-specific SOPs, and ensuring customer orders are ready to process.
  • Process Development: Develop sustainable processes and systems from scratch, focusing on efficiency and scalability as we onboard new commercial customers and build out our Customer Operations team.
  • Documentation: Create and manage collections of order operations SOPs specific to different sales channels and customers.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain strong data integrity in all order operations systems associated with order entry, order fulfillment, order management, and order invoicing.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Lead month-end reconciliation from the Order Operations perspective and provide fully vetted reporting to accounting showing all orders for the previous month accurately entered in all systems and tied out.
  • Automation and Efficiency: Develop workflows using connectors like Zapier, Make, N8N, Parabola, etc. to significantly reduce repetitive, manual work handled by the team on a daily basis.
