Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Anaplan Support Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for clients using Anaplan.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in Anaplan, with experience in model building, troubleshooting, and client engagement. You will work closely with our consultants and technical teams to resolve complex issues and deliver user training to clients.

As an Anaplan Support Analyst, you will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing supported Anaplan models, managing the full support ticket lifecycle, and contributing to internal knowledge base and documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong technical skills in Anaplan, including model building and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with consultants and technical teams.
  • Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) practices and platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Zendesk, or BMC Remedy.
  • Experience with scripting, APIs, and integration tools such as Anaplan Connect.
