As a seasoned DevOps engineer, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between development and operations teams.

You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust deployment pipelines to ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of applications in production environments.

A key focus area will be on automating and streamlining software delivery and infrastructure management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the development lifecycle.

With a strong background in product localization and B2C experience in an internet Web2/Web3 company, you will collaborate closely with developers and IT professionals to drive business growth through innovative engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply cloud computing skills to deploy upgrades and fixes.
  • Establish continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) processes and tools to enable agile teams to deliver quality software based on user feedback.
  • Develop scripts to automate build, software release, application deployment, and system/application management.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve engineering tools, systems, and procedures, as well as data security.
  • Conduct automated system-level vulnerability security scans, harden systems and application platforms.
  • Respond to incidents and resolve issues.
  • Perform root cause analysis for incidents and improve systems through application or infrastructure updates.
  • Maintain infrastructure setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting documentation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a software-related discipline from a reputable university;
  • 5+ years of work experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role;
  • Hands-on experience in building CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, Ansible, etc.;
  • Hands-on experience in containerization and microservices including Docker, K8S, etc.;
  • Hands-on experience in public cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud;
  • Good understanding of server-side scripting (Unix/shell scripting) and automation technology;
  • Experience working in an agile environment on consumer-facing software products;
  • High sense of responsibility, strong ability to analyze and eliminate faults, good at learning at work, able to withstand work stress;
  • Proven ability to work cross-team, multitask, and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
