At Likha Careers, we're on the lookout for a skilled SAP HCM Implementation Specialist to join our team. This individual will drive quality assurance for our client's cutting-edge solutions, create meticulous test scenarios, and provide expert guidance in SAP HR and SuccessFactors configurations.

About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to work with global teams, create impactful documentation, and deliver unparalleled consulting services to empower clients of our global partner. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 10 years of experience in SAP HR / SuccessFactors implementation (OM, PA, TM, preferably including PY) and strong understanding of Human Resources processes.

  • Participate in ensuring the overall quality of our solutions prior to official release.
  • Understand all system requirements alongside the Development Team and assist in the functional requirements phase as well as unit testing.
  • Provide functional test scenarios and testing requirements that cover new functionalities of our solution.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for preparing necessary HR master data and SAP/SuccessFactors configurations for relevant test scenarios, creating test and demonstration scenarios in the SAP/SF Demonstration environment, and assisting in building pre-delivered configurations and scenarios used within the various solutions.

We're looking for someone who can provide remote consulting services, conduct remote meetings with customers and other consultants, and serve as a key contact for concerns during product implementation.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP HR / SuccessFactors implementation (OM, PA, TM, preferably including PY).
  • Experience in software documentation or similar activities, such as drafting functional requirements.
  • Strong understanding of Human Resources processes; knowledge of Payroll processes is essential.
