At ZZ Connect Inc, we're looking for a skilled E-Commerce Paid Media Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our marketing department, you'll be responsible for developing and executing effective paid media strategies across various social platforms.

About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Paid Media Manager with at least 2 years of experience in managing paid social campaigns across platforms like Facebook Business Manager, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok, Snapchat, or Pinterest ads. Your expertise will enable us to drive business growth and optimize client performance expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Setup:
    • Create and manage ad campaigns for clients across allocated platforms, including objective optimizations, audience targeting, ad creative changes, bid pacing, exclusions, budget changes, split tests, data feed optimization, etc.
    • Take ownership of client budgets, establish new ratios and splits by objective, placement, and platform to maximize ROI.
  • Optimizing Strategies:
    • Develop and implement optimization strategies for campaigns across all paid media channels, with a strong focus on paid social. Implement and test new tactics and platform features to identify best-performing strategies and maximize client performance.
    • Collaborate with our measurement team to understand incremental uplift of advertising changes and optimize agency applications for clients.
  • Supporting the Performance Team:
    • Support the team in client goals, targets, and budgets during quarterly business reviews and fortnightly meetings, as well as in managing challenging campaigns and reporting on key metrics like clicks, impressions, spend, and revenue.

Your Background:
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Paid Media Manager with ambition to grow skills on social platforms.
  • Experience in Google Analytics, Google Studio, Google Sheets, Excel is preferred but not required.
  • You have experience in creating paid social media strategies that align with client objectives, working closely with Performance Managers to understand business goals, target audiences, and campaign goals.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort using and managing data inside Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Ability to connect with stakeholders, build positive relationships, think creatively, and solve problems.
  • Love for e-commerce and working with emerging direct-to-consumer brands.
