The FP&A Manager plays a pivotal role in driving strategic decision-making and resource allocation. This leader oversees the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasting, and financial modeling to provide actionable insights for senior leadership.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with senior leadership to develop and implement financial planning strategies, analyzing financial performance and variances, and recommending data-driven decisions. Additionally, this manager partners with Sales, Operations, and IT teams to align financial planning with business strategy.
Responsibilities also include managing commissions processes, sales pipeline reporting, and prequalification analysis, as well as implementing automation using tools like NetSuite and Power BI.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership presence, a proactive mindset, and experience in using ERP and analytics tools.
A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of five to seven years of progressive experience in accounting and financial analysis.
