We are seeking an experienced Office Operations Specialist to join our team at Hope Mountain Mindanao Inc.

About the Role:

This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can provide comprehensive administrative support to the department.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Administrative Support:
    • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
    • Prepare and distribute meeting materials, presentations, and correspondence.
    • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle inquiries.
    • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate inventory levels.
    • Coordinate office maintenance and repairs as needed.
  2. Project Support:
    • Assist with project planning, tracking, and reporting.
    • Collect and organize data for reports and presentations.
    • Prepare and submit expense reports.
  3. Communication & Coordination:
    • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues.
    • Coordinate with other departments as needed to ensure smooth workflow.
  4. Data Entry & Management:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in relevant databases.
    • Prepare and submit reports as required.
Requirements:
  1. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  2. Experience: Minimum [Number] years of experience in an administrative support role.
  3. Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
