Office Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Office Operations Specialist to join our team at Hope Mountain Mindanao Inc.
About the Role:This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can provide comprehensive administrative support to the department.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute meeting materials, presentations, and correspondence.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle inquiries.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate inventory levels.
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Project Support:
- Assist with project planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Collect and organize data for reports and presentations.
- Prepare and submit expense reports.
- Communication & Coordination:
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues.
- Coordinate with other departments as needed to ensure smooth workflow.
- Data Entry & Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in relevant databases.
- Prepare and submit reports as required.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum [Number] years of experience in an administrative support role.
