Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a highly organized and emotionally intelligent professional to support both administrative tasks and people operations in our fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic setting, handle multiple responsibilities with ease, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clinic staff, providing guidance on schedules, time off, and pay.
  • Coordinate shift coverage during PTO, sick leave, or call-offs.
  • Log and enter PTO, track attendance, and manage staff schedules.
  • Prepare and submit payroll data through our platform (biweekly).
  • Assist on-site staff in tracking and ordering office and medical supplies.
  • Escalate complex or sensitive HR issues to leadership while ensuring timely resolution.

Additionally, you will be responsible for:

  • Tracking key client renewal dates and preparing employer reports.
  • Conducting patient outreach for failed payments, missing registration items, or incomplete forms.
  • Providing general admin support, including job postings, interview scheduling, and internal SOP documentation.
Qualifications
  • Excellent spoken and written English language proficiency.
  • Proven experience supporting U.S.-based companies in healthcare or operations.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage internal team dynamics professionally.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Canva, and basic CRM tools, healthcare records, and billing software.
