Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Security Assurance programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement security standards and policies aligning with organizational objectives and industry best practices.
  • Assess identify gaps in security controls and develop strategies for remediation and improvement.
  • Collaborate with auditors to ensure external audits meet required standards.
  • Lead teams to manage and maintain comprehensive security assurance programs.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with cybersecurity frameworks, including HITRUST SOC ISO 27001 NIST PCI DSS.

Required Skills:
  • 7-10 years of experience in information security with a focus on security assurance and compliance.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex security issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
