Visual Design Expert

We are seeking an accomplished Visual Design Expert to join our mission of revolutionizing global talent expansion.

This is a remote position that offers the opportunity to work closely with industry leaders who have successfully scaled businesses in the past.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and producing marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, signage, electronic direct mail (EDM), social media content, and presentations.

They will also develop branding and visual identity assets for construction and property development projects, as well as design and maintain website layouts, landing pages, and digital assets in line with client branding and user experience (UX) principles.

The ideal candidate will possess strong visual skills, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

  • Design user-friendly and visually appealing websites and landing pages.
  • Develop compelling digital content optimized for websites, social media, and online campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and produce high-quality marketing materials, ensuring consistency with client brand guidelines.
  2. Collaborate with project teams to interpret creative briefs and bring concepts to life.
  3. Liaise with printers, suppliers, and contractors to prepare artwork for production.
  4. Support in designing proposals, pitch decks, and project marketing materials.
