Job Summary:

Graphic Design Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Design Specialist to join our Product team. The ideal candidate will have strong design skills and experience with digital marketing.

  • This role involves creating visually compelling brand kits and digital assets that resonate with clients' brands.
  • Candidate should be able to collaborate with the team to ensure consistency, test for optimal performance, and bring fresh, innovative ideas to enhance visual output.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Development
  • Create high-impact digital assets using Canva and Figma.
  • Develop design style guides, lead magnets, slide packs, social media templates, and more.
Optimization & Testing
  • Evaluate and optimize creative assets for visual appeal and performance across platforms.
Collaboration
  • Work with team members to align designs with brand strategy and update as needed.
Feedback & Innovation
  • Incorporate feedback and stay current on design trends to improve quality and creativity.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in digital marketing and 2+ years of design experience or a relevant degree.
  • Exceptional design skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Canva (Figma experience a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, self-motivated, collaborative, and detail-oriented.
