Packaging Design Specialist

Overview

The Packaging Design Specialist is responsible for supporting the development of product packaging by assisting the creative team in creating functional, brand-aligned, and visually appealing packaging solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creative Asset Development: Develop print-ready artwork alongside the compliance team, ensuring all brand guidelines and deadlines are met.
  • Design Adaptation: Adapt existing packaging designs across formats, sizes, and product lines.
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain MaryRuth's brand guidelines and ensure all creative outputs adhere to established standards.
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in packaging design, preferably with at least 1 year in a coordinator or similar role.
  • Intermediate proficiency in design software is required, preferably Adobe Illustrator. Experience with Photoshop is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in packaging design for DTC and Retail is preferred; CPG experience also a plus.
