Job Title: Data Services Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead data analysis and interpretation initiatives. As a key team member, you will be responsible for driving program goals and objectives in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data analysis and excellent communication skills. You will collaborate closely with our client's Customer Success teams to understand customer profiles and create reports that reflect the information provided.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze customer profiles and create detailed reports in collaboration with the Customer Success team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases and spreadsheets to track and report on customer data.
  • Review and analyze customer data to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality reporting to meet customer needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • More than 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or equivalent role.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to think critically and solve complex problems effectively.
  • Technical expertise in database management and data analysis, including data visualization tools.
