Job Overview

A Senior Tax Reviewer position is available as a full-time, remote opportunity. The role requires exclusivity to this position and no part-time or freelance work once hired.

As an experienced Tax Professional, you will review complex tax returns, advise clients with clarity, and mentor others toward success.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Prepare, review, and oversee the preparation of individual and business tax returns
  • Communicate directly with clients to clarify information and deliver expert tax guidance
  • Assist in developing and implementing tax strategies and planning for clients
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and accurate filings
  • Participate in and help lead an Enrolled Agent (EA) study group (2–3 hours/week during work hours)
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field; CPA is a plus
  • 3+ years of experience as a Tax Manager or Senior Tax Preparer
  • Experience reviewing tax returns
  • Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with tax planning and explaining strategies in simple terms
