Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, facilitating stakeholder reviews, and participating in design discussions. You will also be expected to understand master data and its impact on accounts, write user stories with acceptance criteria, and lead grooming sessions.

Responsibilities:
  1. Gather and analyze business requirements, facilitate stakeholder reviews, and participate in design discussions.
  2. Understand master data and its impact on accounts.
  3. Write user stories with acceptance criteria (preferably in BDD format) and lead grooming sessions.
  4. Provide sign-off after development testing and lead demos for stakeholder approval.
  5. Support UAT, SIT, and production.
  6. Collaborate with partner system BAs and stakeholders to resolve issues.
  7. Act as the primary contact for product-related inquiries, managing feature requests and bug fixes.
  8. Work closely with the development team to define and prioritize user-facing and technical requirements.

Requirements:
  1. Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
  2. Expertise in writing user stories and acceptance criteria (preferably BDD format).
  3. Knowledge of retail banking and strong documentation skills.
  4. Familiar with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
