Senior Full-Stack Software Development Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Software Development Leader to drive innovation and excellence in our IT department. This is an exceptional opportunity for career growth and development, with premium benefits and a workplace that fosters creativity and collaboration.

Job Description:

  • Lead the integration of a 3rd party software application with our internal data infrastructure
  • Develop and implement a microservice architecture design to modernize automation processes
  • Maintain and support the codebase to ensure stability and efficiency
  • Collaborate with domain experts to implement enrichment and rules for proper integration
  • Educate non-development team members on software development best practices
  • Present and update designs to developers for review and feedback
  • Work closely with a scrum team to deliver high-quality solutions

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of hands-on full-stack software development experience in multiple languages: Python, C#, SQL, Javascript, VueJS, Angular, NodeJS
  • 2+ years of experience driving software architecture & engineering best practices - SOLID or clean coding practices
  • 5+ years of experience developing with design patterns and microservices infrastructure
  • 2+ years of DevOps experience setting up CI/CD pipelines and working with containerized environments
  • Strong communication skills, able to explain and document design decisions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Data ETL experience
  • Experience in Wireless Telecom
  • Agile/Scrum team experience
  • Cloud experience
  • Junior developer coaching experience

Education:

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science or closely related discipline
