Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our fast-paced, collaborative team and play a key role in building and evolving our cutting-edge payment platform.

This is a unique opportunity for a skilled engineer to take full ownership of the solutions they design and build, and who contributes meaningfully to our culture of technical excellence, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing, developing, and testing new features for the pay.com.au platform.
  • Collaborating with product managers and designers to create user-friendly interfaces.
  • Optimizing application performance and scalability.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Implementing and upholding best practices for code quality and security.
  • Collaborating with team members to share your knowledge and experience to grow the team's capabilities and skillset.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in AWS services.
  • Strong experience with Node.js and Typescript.
  • Strong experience with React and other front-end technologies.
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs.
  • Knowledge of database systems such as MySQL or MongoDB.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in full stack development.
  • Experience mentoring and managing a team.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
