Job Description

Outsourcey, a remote position seeks a skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for translating strategy into design and creating user-centered experiences that meet business objectives.


This is a fantastic opportunity to take your career to the next level. We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work, including user flows, prototypes, responsive web layouts, and visually polished UI.


The ideal candidate will have a minimum 3-5 years of professional UI/UX design experience, preferably in an agency or product environment. They will also have excellent English communication skills, with proven ability to work remotely across time zones and deliver in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate strategy into design: Turn research insights and client business goals into wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and polished UI assets that align with growth objectives.
  • Craft user-centered experiences: Apply design thinking to ensure usability, accessibility (AODA/WCAG compliance), and intuitive functionality across websites and digital products.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with project managers, developers, and content strategists to deliver cohesive, high-quality digital experiences for clients.

Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of professional UI/UX design experience, preferably in an agency or product environment; industry experience in digital agencies or SMB-focused solutions strongly preferred.
  • Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work, including user flows, prototypes, responsive web layouts, and visually polished UI.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Figma (core requirement), with strong familiarity in Mural or Miro, component libraries, and collaborative design tools.
