Video Editor Role

We are seeking a talented Video Editor to join our team. As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for creating high-quality video content that converts.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience editing direct response video ads and understand performance metrics such as hook rates, hold rates, and unique outbound CTR.

You will work on mini-VSLs (1-3 minutes) with strategic B-roll placement and compelling flow, non-narrated performance ads (30s-1min) with seamless B-roll storytelling, UGC talking-head style content (30s-1min) that feels authentic yet polished, AI-generated visuals using cutting-edge tools, and performance iterations based on real data from reports and ad accounts.

You will be expected to deliver 12-18 video pieces per week (complexity-dependent) with quality over quantity being a priority. You will also need to be proactive in concept iterations based on performance data.

Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality video content that drives conversions
