Enhance Sales Team Performance through Training

The Sales Capability Development Officer plays a vital role in optimizing the performance of sales teams by providing tailored training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and facilitate workshops and webinars to ensure effective knowledge transfer and skill acquisition for sales teams.
  • Drive learning transfer by providing structure and accountability for using new skills and knowledge.
  • Deploy performance support by providing learners with necessary job aids, systems, structures, and other support to ensure success.
  • Document results and implement mechanisms to assess the impact of training on sales performance, regularly evaluating the effectiveness of development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and other relevant departments to align capability development initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Communicate regular reports and feedback to stakeholders on progress of training key performance indicators.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; additional certifications in sales training or organizational development are advantageous.
  • Proven experience in sales training and development, with a track record of driving measurable improvements in sales performance.
