Responsibilities
  • Lead the team of SAs, manage SAs' performance, and set weekly/monthly targets.
  • Acquire new retailers in the designated area within the territory.
  • Maximize the potential of the area of responsibility (achieve targets, grow sales).
  • Visit POS twice a week, maintain good relationships with dealers, and address their inquiries.
  • Control the quality of sales performance and drive quality initiatives.
  • Control and manage sales point efficiency.
  • Execute risk controls to prevent fraud.
  • Recruit and train the necessary skills and sales techniques for SAs.
  • Shift planning for SAs (maximize staff during weekends and high season).
  • Ensure SAs comply with the company's regulations for working at POS.
  • Hold periodic meetings with SAs.
  • Manage POS supplies (POS marketing materials and POS equipment).
  • Prepare regular reporting with ASM/RSM; track sales reports and analyze daily data.
  • Coach and mentor SAs to achieve productivity.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of a 2- or 4-year course, any field.
  • With at least 5 years of work experience in sales (open to field work).
  • With good to excellent communication skills (written and spoken) and management skills.
  • With a strong drive to achieve goals, sound planning, logical execution, leadership, and people skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Highly analytical with good business acumen and relationship-building.
  • With good moral character and a high level of professionalism and integrity.
