Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned communications professional to join our team as an Investor Communications Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing a wide range of reporting, editorial content, and marketing collateral.


Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will oversee the development and dissemination of various materials, including client reporting, pitchbooks, commercial sections in Private Placement Memorandums (PPMs), investor letters, product update presentations, and materials for due diligence events. Additionally, they will collaborate with the client relationship team to develop educational materials and lead projects that support the growth of the marketing team.


Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience in reporting, RFP management, content creation, marketing, or a related role within the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of investment products and private wealth management.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools for content creation is a plus.
