Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a diligent Quality Assurance Specialist to validate the digital banking platform meets customer expectations. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless functionality, usability, and reliability across mobile and web applications.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive test cases from requirements and design documents.
  • Perform functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing on digital banking builds/releases.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and UX designers to maintain quality standards.
  • Raise detailed and reproducible defect reports; verify bug fixes.
  • Maintain and execute manual test cases.
  • Contribute to building basic automated test scripts.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in QA testing.
  • Good understanding of SDLC and STLC in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong knowledge of functional and regression testing methodologies.
  • Experience with Jira or similar tools.
  • Understanding of banking products and digital user journeys is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills to articulate issues and work with cross-functional teams.
