Job Title: Senior Developer Lead


We are seeking a seasoned developer to lead our team of skilled professionals in designing, developing and maintaining cutting-edge applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of large-scale content websites using Umbraco CMS system.
  • Design, develop and maintain robust and scalable applications using C#.
  • Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of collaboration and technical excellence.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Optimize and maintain MS SQL Server and MongoDB databases for optimal performance.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in application development using C#.
  • Excellent Object-Oriented Programming skills.
  • Experience in MS SQL Server and MongoDB databases.
  • Ability to lead a team of developers.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills to explain ideas to both technical and non-technical staff.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
