Business Development Accounts Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the daily collection activities for a group of key accounts. You will work closely with the cash application team to resolve and properly apply unapplied cash.
Responsibilities:- Monitoring of assigned portfolios daily to identify overdue invoices.
- Initiation of contact with customers regarding overdue invoices.
- Submission of customer-specific documentation to secure payment.
- Resolution of customer disputes, working closely with order management, sales reps, and tax teams.
- University degree.
- 1-2 years Customer Service experience.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines.
