Reliability Engineering Expert

We're seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineering Expert to join our team.

About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and building reliable infrastructure to support healthcare applications.
  • Key responsibilities include automating deployment processes, monitoring and troubleshooting system issues, collaborating with development teams, and optimizing system performance through continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of software development experience, with a strong understanding of building and deploying scalable applications.
    • Tech Proficiency:
      • Expertise in modern programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, and JavaScript.
      • Strong experience with frameworks such as .NET, Spring Boot, or Node.js.
      • Solid knowledge of API development and microservices architecture.
      • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
      • Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js and an understanding of responsive design principles.
      • Strong experience with Azure Application Insights for monitoring and performance diagnostics.
      • Proficiency in MongoDB, with a focus on query analysis and optimization.
      • Familiarity with container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
      • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows.
      • Experience with monitoring and observability tools beyond Azure Application Insights (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).

A strong background in software development and a passion for ensuring the reliability and scalability of complex systems are essential for this role.
