Business Analyst
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a vital role in assessing learner performance data, evaluating training curriculum effectiveness, and partnering with learning leaders to implement solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Analyze trends and patterns in training and operational performance data to identify insights and drive improvements in learning curriculum and instructional experiences
  • Perform root-cause analyses on performance deviations and outliers, identifying both immediate and long-term solutions
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, concise, and business-friendly narratives and recommendations
  • Partner closely with instructional designers, trainers, and leadership teams to implement data-driven learning solutions
  • Present insights to stakeholders through intuitive dashboards and reports tailored for non-technical audiences

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analysis, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Education, or related analytical field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Excel dashboards)
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing complex datasets and translating insights into meaningful business recommendations
  • Solid proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data manipulation techniques
  • Proven ability to clearly and effectively communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders at all organizational levels
