Key Position: Data Analyst and Systems Expert

This role plays a pivotal part in informing strategic decisions across various programs. As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for extracting, auditing, analyzing, and reporting data from multiple systems to drive informed decision-making.

This is a full-time position that requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to excel in a fast-paced remote environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage software system customization needs.
  • Conduct regular audits of client records to ensure complete data points are present.
  • Identify missing, incomplete, or inconsistent data across platforms or within client records.
  • Create automated reports for clinical, operational, and strategic decision-making.
  • Take a proactive approach in identifying automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Recommend and implement new tools, integrations, or process improvements for streamlined data reporting and collection.
  • Track and evaluate key outcome metrics such as patient acuity and clinical screening scores.
