About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Motion Designer to join our team and help us bring our brands and products to life through engaging visual storytelling.

  • As a Motion Designer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality motion graphics, animated videos, and visual effects for various marketing campaigns, product launches, and digital platforms.
  • You will work closely with our marketing, design, and product teams to conceptualize and storyboard animated content that effectively communicates key messages and drives user engagement.
  • Key responsibilities include:
    • Motion Graphics Creation: Design and produce engaging motion graphics, animated videos, and visual effects for various marketing campaigns, product launches, and digital platforms.
    • Concept Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling animation concepts that meet business objectives.
    • Asset Animation: Animate existing static design assets (logos, illustrations, UI elements) to create dynamic and interactive visual experiences.
    • Video Editing & Post-Production: Edit video footage and integrate motion graphics, sound design, and visual effects to create polished and impactful video content.
    • Brand Consistency: Ensure all motion design work adheres to brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent visual identity and tone across all animated assets.
    • Optimization for Platforms: Optimize motion graphics and video content for various digital channels, including social media, websites, and ad networks.
    • Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest motion design trends, software, and techniques to continuously elevate the quality and innovation of our visual content.
    • Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential for success in this role.

Requirements

  • Proven Experience: Solid experience as a Motion Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of motion graphics, animation, and video editing projects.
  • Industry Expertise: A minimum of 1 year of direct, hands-on motion design experience in the iGaming, US Sweepstakes Casino, and/or Social Casino segment is required.
  • SaaS Motion Design Experience: Demonstrated experience in creating motion graphics for SaaS products is also a critical requirement.
  • Software Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro is essential.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Graphic Design, Video Production, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
