  • Crafting brand-aligned visual storytelling through designing compelling marketing materials, social media assets, and web graphics that reflect our mission.
  • Partnering cross-functionally with communications, scientific, and product teams to translate complex concepts into engaging visuals that resonate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Elevating through design fundamentals by applying expert-level typography, layout, and color theory to deliver cohesive, accessible, and visually engaging materials across channels.
  • Contributing to visual concept development by ideating and executing creative concepts that communicate our brand narrative, support campaign goals, and engage stakeholders.
  • Delivering with excellence and agility by prioritizing projects, juggling competing timelines, and consistently meeting deadlines while maintaining high quality.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, fine arts, or a related field – or equivalent practical experience and a standout portfolio.
  • A robust body of work demonstrating strong visual storytelling, creativity, and attention to detail across multiple formats and media.
  • Advanced skills in tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and working familiarity with platforms such as Figma, Canva, or After Effects.
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal skills, comfortable presenting ideas, receiving feedback, and iterating with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Organized and deadline-driven project management skills to handle multiple concurrent deliverables without compromising quality or creativity.
