Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator

About the Role

The Human Resources Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the HR team in various human resources functions. This role focuses on coordination, data maintenance, generating documents, and overseeing employee lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide administrative support to HR Business Partners in tasks related to employee engagement, performance management, and benefits administration.
  2. Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and oversee onboarding/offboarding processes.
  3. Prepare and issue HR-related letters, including employment confirmation and salary adjustment letters.
  4. Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations for foreign employees.
  5. Process airport pass applications and ensure compliance with regulations.
  6. Oversee end-to-end claims management and communicate with employees and relevant parties.
  7. Coordinate recruitment by scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters, and conducting reference checks.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in HR or a similar administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Familiarity with HR software and systems and ability to quickly learn new tools.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
