Performance Video Editor
GrowthAssistant seeks a Performance Video Editor to join our creative team and support US-based clients. In this role, you'll edit engaging short-form content for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms, driving measurable results across brands.

As a member of our creative team, you will deliver high-quality video assets across multiple projects while meeting deadlines. You'll also edit short-form content for social media platforms, compile and repurpose user-generated content into engaging ad creatives, implement creative direction and feedback from teammates and clients, review completed work to ensure technical accuracy and brand compliance, and collaborate with teams to continuously test and refine creative performance.

Requirements:
  • 1–2 years of paid social video editing/design experience in the DTC or e-commerce space.
  • Proficiency in CapCut and Adobe Suite.
  • Experience creating ad creatives (static, GIFs, and video).
  • Familiarity with task management tools.
  • Excellent English communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Highly collaborative, positive, and enthusiastic team player.

Work Environment: Full-time remote work following US EST hours, using productivity monitoring and payroll systems.
