Job Overview

Equipment Maintenance Specialists play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and reliability of our facilities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and repair machinery, refrigeration systems, mixers, freezers, conveyors, and packaging equipment to support production goals.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
Supporting Production
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and address equipment-related issues promptly.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to prevent unexpected failures.
Cold Chain Management
  • Ensure the proper functioning of ammonia and other cooling systems to maintain product quality and food safety.
  • Monitor temperatures to prevent temperature fluctuations and maintain a consistent environment.
Maintenance Planning
  • Regularly inspect equipment and develop proactive maintenance strategies to prevent breakdowns.
Safety Protocols
  • Comply with strict safety standards and use personal protective equipment to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Identify potential hazards and follow lockout/tagout procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • TESDA or vocational certificate in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical/Electrical Tech, or Refrigeration.
  • Experience in equipment and refrigeration maintenance, preferably with ammonia systems.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and a strong team player with excellent communication skills.
