Job Title:

A tax filing professional responsible for preparing and submitting various tax returns, including personal and corporate filings.

Organizing and analyzing financial records, receipts, and statements to ensure accurate reporting is a key aspect of this role.

Effective communication with clients to gather necessary information and address tax-related questions is essential.

Maintaining and updating tax filing records and documentation while staying current on changes in tax legislation and compliance requirements is critical.

Proficiency in tax preparation software such as TaxCycle, Intuit ProFile, TurboTax, UltraTax, or similar is necessary.

Experience with UltraTax is highly desirable.

Strong communication and client service skills are required.

Requirements:
  • Tax preparation experience (personal or corporate returns).
  • Familiarity with CRA, IRS, or other tax authority systems and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
